January 2023 marks the genesis of “The SUPERIOR CPR FIRST AID AED TRAINING L.L.C.” After serving nearly twenty years in public education as a teacher and administrator at the middle and high school level, I transitioned to CPR and First Aid instruction. 

Whether you are in a school building with a student population of 1,500 students or dealing with an overwhelmed health-care system life's circumstance is not certain. When the unexpected happens,  CPR and First Aid preparedness could well increase the chance of survival for a person in a cardiac crisis. 

According to the American Heart Association (AHA) 70% of cardiac related illnesses happen in and around the home. Those who are most vulnerable to accident, injury and crippling illnesses are the very young and the elderly. Over 350,000 cardiac related crisis occur every year, CPR preparedness saves lives. You can be the one to make a difference in the life of friend or family member. I know first hand the importance of CPR and First Aid as a parent and educator.

Personable and clear sharing and transmission of scientifically proven methods and concepts is our highest priority. CPR First Aid and AED instruction is a small step and natural progression of that process. I count it an honor and privilege to serve in such an awesome profession by providing critical CPR knowledge and  skills which are needful during a cardiac arrest crisis.
